Fixes some bugs reported by players on the Discord server or via email :)

• Fixed issue where after saving->loading a game, the shovel and jackhammer would be not visible on the player, even though the tool is selected in the inventory bar.
• Fixed an issue when loading and updating pre v0.44 saves, where the Greenhouse would result in the game crashing on load.
• Making sure for new players, that the game's language option will default to English if the game doesn't support their system OS.
