Just a small update that hopefully addresses some of the new issues found over the past week:

• Fixed a crash bug with lightning strikes.
• Also fixed lightning strikes so that they don't drain ALL of a base's stored battery power.
• Fixed some tutorial text that referred to the old UI layout.
• Fixed bug with World Settings checkbox not appearing in certain languages.
• Fixed issue where starting a game with Unlock All Tech wouldn't give you the fancy Mk2 Suit.
• Fixed Crafting UI text label to prevent it from overflowing.
